• If you need your items sold ASAP, for a small fee they will be assigned an auction date no more than 30 days from the time they are received! Our standard listing timeframe works for most of our customers and is the most cost effective, we will assign your items to an auction consisting of similar items usually not more than 90 days from the date they are received, most items usually listed within 60 days.
• Not sure if selling your items at auction is right for you, we can list the items for sale on our website in our online store and you can decide how long you want the items to stay there (6 months max) before assigning them to an auction.

Business Liquidation & Estate and Downsizing sales customers:

We understand that there is not always enough time in the day and that sometimes life just happens, and it does not always go according to schedule. That is why we will work with you and around your schedule to come to your home, business, storage unit or wherever you may need our on-site services.

After the sale has concluded, if there are any items that do not sell, we can conduct a Tag Sale on the days that buyers are scheduled to pick up their items. We also offer Donation assistance and Trash Removal Services for any items that were not listed for sale or do not sell at the sale, leaving you with nothing to worry about, your now empty space will be left broom swept.

If you are in a situation where time is not on your side and you have less than 30 days to have your space emptied, ask us about our complete off-site sales service. We will come to your location, inventory and pack all of your items into bins (bins can be provided for you) and transport everything to our storage facility. Your belongings will be stored, photographed, insured and assigned to an auction.
